Independent Checks on Performance

Service Description

Independent checks on performance are assurance services offered to help businesses who may not have enough staff to perform these fraud prevention processes in-house. We offer unbiased performance checks to asses fraud control processes and help ensure the reliability of accounting procedures as well as the efficiency of accounting operations. Services include performing periodic bank reconciliations, reviewing standard operating procedures (SOP's), comparing select transactions to source documents, auditing petty cash reconciliations, and other checks as needed. Independent checks on performance are good to do quarterly, twice per year, or at least on an annual basis.
