Service Description

An employee handbook can be a valuable communication resource for both the employee and employer. It provides guidance and information related to the organizations history, mission, values, policies, procedures and benefits in a written format. Employers should require every employee to provide a written acknowledgement of having received the handbook. The signed acknowledgement should be saved in an employee's personnel file as a way for the organization to establish that the employee was made aware of the organizations policies and procedures. *The handbook created by Tab's Bookkeeping, Inc. is meant to be provided as a guide or tool to help small businesses start getting audit secure (help protect itself from labor related liability).
